In March and April of 2010, 1,003 mothers with babies aged six months and under from England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland were involved in the Colic Report study. Respondents were interviewed in lengthy telephone and face to face interviews and discussed what they knew about colic in babies, if their baby had suffered with it, and the treatments they tried.
